This spring styled shoot at the 1890 (Eighteen Ninety) wedding venue in Kansas City was truly one of my favorites! It was an outdoor spring inspired barn wedding and we collaborated with the KC Pet project! As a Kansas City wedding photographer, my heart was literally singing all day at this wedding shoot! I spent time with some of the most amazing wedding vendors in Kansas City and we got to hug and kiss 5 adorable kittens! When we coordinated for this styled shoot, we wanted to have pets included to encourage new engaged and married couples to adopt a pet to join them on their new journey of being married! Everything about this spring inspired barn wedding at the Eighteen Ninety wedding venue was perfect!! I loved everything about the elegant look, the romantic lavender colors in the floral design and the decorations, and of course, the adorable kittens!!

I teamed up with Jennifer from Events with Soul to come up with this idea and she executed it amazingly! She’s an amazing wedding coordinator that you have to link up with if you want your wedding to be beautiful! Crumbs and Confections created this scrumptious wedding cake, while the decorations were from Supply Event Rental, and the stunning wedding bouquet and flowers were from D & R Flowers & Events. The elegant wedding gown was from Emily Hart Bridal and the tux is from Tip Top Tux! Bronzed and Blushed created this beautiful look on the bride with her hair and makeup skills. KC Pet Project so generously brought out 5 of their adorable kittens. And of course, Heather from Isbell Creative video was able to capture it all so beautifully on video while I captured it all on camera! Thanks to these awesome vendors that made this shoot a dream! Literally, this shoot would by my DREAM wedding! Everything about the colors, the location, and the decorations were perfect! ♡
