Last summer we had the pleasure of photographing this summer styled wedding in Kansas City that took place a the Deer Ridge Estate wedding venue! This venue is stunning and features an outdoor ceremony site and a beautiful indoor reception site.

If you know me, then you know that I love vibrant colors and that’s exactly what we wanted to create with this styled shoot! All of the wedding planning was taken care of by Brick and Ivory KC and the gorgeous ombre flower arrangements were done by Solstice Floral Studio! Kates Kakes did a fantastic job with an orange cake and Script Your Event added her special touches with her hand lettered signage! Rentals were from Ultrapom and the bride and groom were decked out and looking fantastic with the dress from Bella Vogue KC and the tux from Tip Top Tux! Hair and Makeup was created by the Hello Lovely KC and of course, photography was provided by me – Mariam Saifan Photography!

We love creating these style shoots because it gives us Kansas City wedding vendors an opportunity to come up with fresh ideas that brides and grooms can be inspired by for their weddings. We hope this inspires you and that you’re not afraid to use some pops of color for your wedding! Personally, I love these pops of orange and pink in the wedding flowers!
