I had an amazing time getting to photograph Suhaylah and Mahmoud’s wedding on March 23. Every detail of the wedding was truly spectacular! I loved Suhayla’s unique wedding dress! The wedding was at the Baltimore Club in Kansas City. We headed to Union Station before the wedding to take some pictures. Spectacular makeup by Ayesha Baig. It’s finally here! :)
For those of you who don’t know, I have been working on a promo video for Mariam Saifan Photography for the past few months and the video is finally here and ready to be shared! After many months of planning, we finally did it! Ayesha Baig, a local makeup artist from the Kansas City area (Work of Art Makeup Artistry) and I decided to collaborate together on an amazing photo shoot at the A Loft Hotel. The girls were so much fun to work with and they made my job really easy because they are all so beautiful! The first girls makeup was inspired by Barbie, the second was inspired by the new diamonds and studs look, the third was inspired by peacocks, and the last was inspired by the Kim Kardashian look. I had the opportunity to go the Bahamas in December as the official photographer for a cruise known as the Salaam Cruise. I have to say that going on this trip was one of the best decisions I have ever made! We had a blast! We went on a ship to Nassau, got to enjoy some great food on a private island called Blue Lagoon, and we also had an amazing time jet skiing at CocoCay. The water was just perfect, the sun was shining, and the bright colors were beautiful. I hope you enjoy this blog post which happens to be one of my favorites!
